MCFD can provide educational, community, energy, hospitality, infrastructure and housing facilities. MCDF also assists governments in meeting the restoration and planting goals for parks, forests, and streets.

Madrone Health Foundation (MHF) is a California nonprofit public benefit corporation dedicated to supporting healthcare organizations. MHF assists tax-exempt hospitals, senior living communities, and medical research organizations with the acquisition, development, construction, and management of essential facilities.
